Welcome to miniTab! This quick guide will help you master miniTab's core features in just a few minutes.

Interface Overview

Basic Operations

🔍 Using Search Function

1. Direct Search: Enter keywords in the top search bar and press Enter
2. Search Engine: Uses your default search engine set in Chrome
3. Shortcut: After opening a new tab, you can immediately start typing to search

Pro Tip

The search function uses Chrome Search API and respects your search engine preferences.

☀️ Viewing Weather Information

The weather card automatically displays current location weather:

• Real-time temperature and weather conditions
• Hourly forecast for the next few hours' weather changes
• Temperature units can be switched between Celsius/Fahrenheit in settings

On first use, the browser will request location permission for accurate weather information.

🔖 Managing Bookmarks

Adding Bookmarks

1. Click the "+" button in the bookmarks area
2. Enter website name and URL
3. Select the bookmark group to add to
4. Click save

Organizing Bookmarks

• Drag & Drop: Directly drag bookmarks to change order
• Group Management: Use mouse wheel or navigation dots to switch bookmark groups
• Folder Organization: Create folders to categorize bookmarks

Bookmark Folders

• Create folders to organize related bookmarks
• Drag bookmarks into folders for categorization
• Click folders to batch open all bookmarks

Personalization Settings
